Gifted Gorgeousness September - another finish!

Hi everyone

I love this SAL - many stitchers sharing projects that are made with gifted charts, fabric, floss etc, or that are intended to be given as gifts, or anything that could be shoehorned into a gifting theme!  If you don't know anything about it, head here to get all the details.

I have another finish to show you today.  The chart for this beautiful design was gifted to me by Mii Stitch as part of the Tutti Frutti Exchange Mii organised last year.  This was one of my Crazy January starts in 2015 and I am pleased to say I finished it!

Strawberry House by Little House Needleworks
Stitched on random 36 count linen
with recommended WDW, GAST and DMC threads

This chart was an absolute pleasure to stitch, thank you Mii.

In the spirit of Gifted Gorgeousness, I would love to pass on this gorgeous chart.  So please tell me in the comments box below how you would finish it, and I will choose a winner one week from today!

See you soon for more Crazy January Challenge updates...

Justine

Lovely stitching. Please don't send to me, if you see today's blog post you will see I am a more committed and determined stitcher and want to stitch charts have have already been given to me lol..so I will pop over to the SAL and see if it might help my new found enthusiasm to continue!

Congrats on the finish!! Too cute!! I'm not interested in the drawing though please. Good luck to all who enter. I love making no sew cubes with my finishes like that. Then I can sit them on a shelf and display them. Plus I of course love the no sew part haha.

That is such a sweet finish! It would look darling in a Sudberry candle screen frame (or one like it), perhaps with some fake berries and flowers around the base of it, maybe a little vine coming up and peeking up behind and on top of the frame itself with a wee bird attached?

What a pretty little design. I love anything strawberry. However, I'm knee deep in trying to get Halloween finished so I will pass on the drawing.

What a pretty summery stitch Justine. I am old enough that as a teenager I worked in the local strawberry fields in the summer picking strawberries. Back-breaking work!

Oh, such a lovely finish. I have always loved this chart - like nearly all LHN charts, lol. But please, don't include me in the draw, I already get it from someone else.

Adorably sweet! Strawberries that big would be luscious!

What a lovely finish Justine!! I love the colours.
A cube finish would be really good for this size, could be a nice way to experiment :)

Congrats on the beautiful finish, Justine! I love the little rosebuds. I would finish it into a no-sew cube with red ribbon (or strawberry ribbon if I could find it!) and round black beads for feet.

Lovely stitching! Such a pretty pattern! How kind of Mii to send it to you!!

Beautiful finish. If I stitched the pattern I would finish it with a flat fold technique or I would use a foam block and do a no sew technique to make a cube.

I would make this up into a small cushion to go into my bowl of cross stitched smalls. I looks so pretty and I really like the buttons you have used. x

Thanks for taking part in GG this month. I love this little house. Of course I would scrapbook it, I would find some strawberry patterned paper and maybe some ribbon too.
